Overview
The online menu and ordering process fails to deliver legible options and successful conversions. Research data in 2022 show that 70% of residents in the U.S. prefer ordering food online.

I was tasked with conducting market research to pinpoint pain points in the restaurant industry and online ordering process. With the data collected, I constructed a redesign for clear and simple online menu viewing and ordering.
